At Class Valuation, we know what an integral role our team members play in our success. That’s why we’ve created #CVTeamTuesday to highlight our team members and recognize their journeys.

Lakisha Ivory has been a member of the Class Valuation family for almost 7 years. During this time, she has proactively sought solutions to recurring issues, and is a huge asset to the company.

“I am the QC Frontline Manager. I started on the QC Production team in 2013. While working on this team, I suggested we develop a team to communicate on behalf of the Production team. Thus, QC Frontline team was created. This team manages phone calls from appraisers and internal/external clients. I liked that management listened and did what was best for the company. In doing so, it helps the production team focus on the files while we address the appraiser and client concerns. I am really big on creating processes, research, and communication. My favorite part about working here is being able to help clients and appraisers, in addition to being able to research and communicate.”

    Q&A with Lakisha

    What is your guilty pleasure?

Certain 80’s and 90’s rap music. I’ve outgrown some of the songs, but I can always reflect and relate to the great times I enjoyed. The 90’s culture was just amazing for youngins’!

What is something about you that would surprise people?

I would like to do stand-up comedy, as I find humor in most things. Also, I can sing a little bit!

What is your favorite restaurant in town?

As of lately, it’s Mex. I love their chicken quesadillas and cilantro rice.  Actually, my favorite restaurant is also tied with “Trini and Carmen’s” in Waterford – they have the best nachos.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

I would like to travel to Paris and London.

What is a quote you live by?

“If you never ask, the question is always no.”
