Class Valuation Unveils Property Data Advantage in Support of Both GSE Alternative Valuation Programs
TROY, MI – April 13, 2023 / Class Valuation, a leading nationwide appraisal management company, has officially unveiled Property Data Advantage as part of its Property Fingerprint data collection technology suite. Property Data Advantage is a flexible data collection and delivery solution which easily enables lenders to participate in both Fannie Mae’s Value Acceptance + Property Data program and Freddie Mac’s ACE+ PDR solution through one simple order process.
Along with the seamless delivery of required data for all waiver-eligible loans with Property Data Advantage, Class Valuation’s property data collections include a 3D scan as captured through their INvision Capture app. These 3D scans provide access to detailed photos, interactive virtual tours, computer-generated floor plans, and 3D models — allowing lenders to revisit the property at any time post-inspection to answer questions or supply updated property photos upon need.
