Eligible Transactions:

  • Purchases
  • No cash-out refinances
  • Cash-out refinances

Eligible Property Types:

  • One-unit properties, including those in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) or with an ADU
  • Condominium Units (attached or detached)

Loan Product Advisor now reflects Hybrid Appraisal options as of April 7, 2025.

Fannie Mae

Eligible Transactions:

  • Purchases
  • No cash-out refinances
  • Cash-out refinances

Eligible Property Types:

  • Existing one-unit properties, including condos or units in a PUD
  • Principal residences, second homes, or investment properties
  • Under construction properties
  • Properties with incomplete construction or renovation
