The demand for efficient, transparent processes is high. But so is the opportunity.
We are innovating and pushing to make the one-day appraisal possible. And we’re doing it with real relationships and real-time data that power credible loans.
Because yes, we believe our clients and their stakeholders deserve turnaround times that transform the industry. Yet we also believe in delivering consistently accurate values – ones they can consistently trust.
We started small in 2009 (as Class Appraisal) and have quickly grown to become one of the top Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) in the nation. Today our trusted panel of nearly 20,000 independent appraisers across all 50 states is ready to support your valuation needs. As the industry keeps growing and changing, Class is leading the appraisal modernization charge to provide better service and results for our clients, and a brighter future for appraisers everywhere.
To deliver seamless service and honest value to each and every client. And to do it faster, smarter, and more accurately than ever before in the appraisal process.
Combining the best people, products, processes, and technology to pursue innovation and help our clients be successful.
A personal approach, intentional relationships, one-on-one connections, and a sense of community help us put people first in a historically impersonal industry.
Confidence is earned. We prove ourselves trustworthy by championing transparency every step of the way.
We lead the way toward innovative improvements in our industry through tireless imagination, custom-built technology, and thoughtful change.
By proactively seeking ways to streamline the appraisals, we push toward newfound efficiencies and free our clients from the friction and frustration of lengthy appraisal processes.
