We started small in 2009 (as Class Appraisal) and have quickly grown to become one of the top Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) in the nation. John Fraas

Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of Class Valuation, John Fraas is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and aiding in the execution of the company’s strategic plans. John is passionate about helping the company to continue to grow through innovation and exceptional service.

Greg Baker

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Greg is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, M&A and HR activities. He has 25 years of management experience in the services industry and a proven ability to build high-performance teams. Prior to joining Class in July 2022, Greg served as Chief Financial Officer for global businesses in the aviation, biotech, and technology industries. Greg also brings significant experience in the private equity domain and is a licensed CPA.

Scot Rose

Chief Innovation Officer

With over 20 years of valuation industry experience, Scot Rose partners with industry stakeholders and the Class executive team to drive modernization, advance product and platform innovation, and help ensure thoughtful change. Scot has served as Vice Chair of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, is a certified residential appraiser, and remains committed to the appraisal industry.

Jon Tallinger

Chief Growth Officer

Since helping to start Class as its first employee in 2009, Jon has played several key roles throughout the company. Now, his primary focus is planning and leading the company’s growth initiatives. Under Jon’s direction, Class’s Sales & Marketing Team helped the company grow by over 250% since the start of 2016. Jon and his team are planning for even bigger growth and success in the years to come.

John Hamameh

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, John is responsible for all legal activities, legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters related to Class Valuation. In his role, John is heavily intertwined with every facet of the business, overseeing legal matters around employment and HR, contractual negotiations, intellectual property, strategic implementation of policies and procedures, and licensing requirements both from a Federal and State level.

Kaushal Shah

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of Class Valuation, Kaushal Shah leads the company's digital transformation efforts with tech modernization, agile delivery, and data engineering to bring powerful solutions to the AMC space. Shah has over 25 years of experience leading IT and marketing organizations with a track record of building highly skilled, passionate teams and leveraging data to drive purposeful innovation. Prior to joining Class, Shah has led engineering and product teams in banking, telecom, securities and brokerage domains.

Cindi Harris

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Class Valuation, Cindi Harris leads our Operations Team, including innovation, client and appraiser relations, and operations from order to delivery. Having performed thousands of appraisals, co-founded a national AMC, and nearly every position in between, Cindi’s versatility and ambition have helped to re-engineer our approach, strengthen appraiser partnerships, and introduce new initiatives to the industry.

Tim Staudenmaier

Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer, Tim focuses on technology and processes that support the modernization of valuation and collateral risk assessment. Prior to joining Class, Tim served as Fannie Mae’s manager of Collateral Strategy and Innovation, where he helped design and roll out Collateral Underwriter, Fannie Mae Connect collateral reporting, and Appraisal Process Modernization. He has ten years of experience as a residential and commercial fee appraiser and worked six years in appraisal review and collateral underwriting.

John Dingeman

Chief Appraiser

As Chief Appraiser, John is responsible for quality control and compliance which includes the appraisal escalations. vendor quality control, client escalations, and mandatory reporting. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in 11 states, a Registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona, and a Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for multiple course providers. Dingeman is the Past President of the National Association of Appraisers and the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers. He has also served on several boards, including the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing, Phoenix Village Planning Committee, Homeowners Association and a charitable organization supporting foster children in Arizona called Arizona Helping Hands.

Joshua Livingston

EVP of Sales

Josh Livingston joins class with 18+ years of experience helping lenders in the 1st Mortgage, Home Equity, and Default Markets. Working directly with our clients to specifically improve process management and product alignment with a goal of driving the best overall solution in a rapidly changing landscape. He is passionate about challenging the norm or “the way its always been done” to drive innovation and efficiency to create a better experience for our lending partners and borrower.

With 20+ years of marketing experience, Jon is skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans, executing multiple end-to-end campaigns, and building high-performing teams. He is passionate about driving growth and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering results. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jon enjoys any activity that allows him to be outdoors — mainly snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and golf.
