Chris Flynn
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Flynn joined Class Valuation as Chief Data Officer in April 2025 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2026. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in operations, product development, and strategy. In his role as COO, Chris oversees operations and continues to lead our efforts to unlock new value through data innovation, smarter products, and deeper insights. Before joining Class, Chris served as Head of Product & Strategy at First American Data & Analytics, where he led the development of industry-leading valuation models, fraud detection tools, and property data products used in approximately half of all U.S. mortgage originations. His career also includes leadership positions at Black Knight and CoreLogic. Chris holds a Doctorate from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Baylor University, and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.

Dan Busch
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Busch joined Class Valuation as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience in driving growth and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Dan has led successful transformations at private equity-owned companies, most recently serving as CFO of Continental Services where he guided the company through 5x growth, managed 18 acquisitions, and led a 100-person team across finance, IT, procurement, fleet, pricing, merchandising, scheduling, loss prevention and data analytics. His proven expertise includes building FP&A functions, implementing data-driven decision-making platforms, and navigating complex M&A transactions. Dan holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, where he graduated first in his class with high distinction, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Jonathan Willen
Chief Revenue Officer
Jonathan Willen joined Class Valuation as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership in the mortgage and financial services sector. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving client service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Jonathan’s career includes key leadership roles at LERETA, LLC, First American Mortgage Solutions, and CoreLogic, where he successfully led growth strategies and managed sales for data, analytics, and risk solutions.

Jon Tallinger
Chief Growth Officer
Since helping to start Class as its first employee in 2009, Jon has played several key roles throughout the company. Now, his primary focus is planning and leading the company’s growth initiatives. Under Jon’s direction, Class’s Sales & Marketing Team helped the company grow by over 250% since the start of 2016. Jon and his team are planning for even bigger growth and success in the years to come.

John Hamameh
Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, John is responsible for all legal activities, legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters related to Class Valuation. In his role, John is heavily intertwined with every facet of the business, overseeing legal matters around employment and HR, contractual negotiations, intellectual property, strategic implementation of policies and procedures, and licensing requirements both from a Federal and State level.

Danielle VanDamme
EVP, Human Resources
Danielle VanDamme is a seasoned Human Resources executive with a strong track record of driving organizational growth through people-focused strategies. As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, she excels in talent management, leadership development, and fostering a culture of engagement. Danielle is passionate about building high-performing teams and aligning Human Resources initiatives with business goals to support long-term success. Tim Staudenmaier
EVP, Product Development
As EVP of Product Development, Tim focuses on technology and processes that support the modernization of valuation and collateral risk assessment. Prior to joining Class, Tim served as Fannie Mae’s manager of Collateral Strategy and Innovation, where he helped design and roll out Collateral Underwriter, Fannie Mae Connect collateral reporting, and Appraisal Process Modernization. He has ten years of experience as a residential and commercial fee appraiser and worked six years in appraisal review and collateral underwriting.

Melinda Lesinski
EVP, Head of Operations
Melinda Lesinski serves as the Executive Vice President, overseeing Operations, Fulfillment and Client Service teams at Class Valuation. With over two decades of experience in the valuation industry, Melinda is a certified appraiser renowned for her expertise and leadership. Her career spans prominent roles with major regulated U.S. lenders and appraisal management companies, including Chase, Solidifi, and Valuation Connect. Melinda’s extensive background reflects a strong track record in implementing innovative business practices and driving significant growth. As a strategic leader, Melinda is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and client satisfaction, ensuring that Class Valuation remains at the forefront of the industry.

Cristy Conolly
EVP, Quality Control
As a certified residential appraiser with over 20 years in the industry, Cristy has held roles as Chief Appraiser, Senior Vice President of Compliance, and Senior Vice President of Operations at national appraisal management companies. Her diverse experience gives her the unique perspective to understand the needs and challenges of the valuation profession from various viewpoints. Cristy leads Class Digital Operations and is passionate about thoughtful and responsible modernization, collaborating with industry stakeholders to improve outdated processes and bring equality and diversity into the industry. In 2025, Christy was named to HousingWire's Insider List for enhancing Quality Control of appraisals through AI integration and team alignment. She has served on multiple boards, including the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB), acting as Chairwoman during her term.

Tanya Wright
EVP, TPO Distributed Retail
Tanya brings more than a decade of leadership experience in mortgage operations and technology with a strong focus on scaling teams, optimizing complex workflows and driving operational excellence and customer service across multiple lending channels. Tanya’s career includes key leadership positions at Kind Lending and loanDepot where she supported the distributed retail, TPO, and Non-Delegated Correspondent channels through scalable growth and client successes. Tanya is known for her collaborative leadership style, data-driven decision making, and ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level.

John Dingeman
Chief Appraiser
As Chief Appraiser at Class Valuation, John assists quality control and compliance functions, including appraisal escalations, vendor quality assurance, client concerns, and mandatory reporting requirements. He holds credentials as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 12 states and is a Registered Property Tax Agent in Arizona. Additionally, John serves as a Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for McKissock Learning.
John is the former President of both the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA). His leadership extends to several board positions, including the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing, the Phoenix Village Planning Committee, his Homeowners Association, and Arizona Helping Hands, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster children.

Michael Tedesco
EVP, Private Lending
Michael Tedesco is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the real estate and private lending industries with over 20 years of experience. He founded Appraisal Nation, which grew into the leading valuation company serving private lenders nationwide before its acquisition by Class Valuation. Michael owns and operates a portfolio of companies across real estate lending, lending technology, third-party due diligence, and real estate investment, including long-term and short-term rental portfolios. His expertise spans valuation, private credit, real estate investing, and operational scale, making him a trusted voice in the housing finance and private lending space.

Mark Walser
SVP, Sales
Mark Walser is Senior Vice President of Sales at Class Valuation. He is a 16-year industry veteran and a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter Winner for Remote Appraisal and Remote Inspection technology for appraisal modernization. Mark leads business development efforts supporting the credit union division of Class and plays a key role in the evangelization and adoption of its leading appraisal modernization solutions to all of its lender channels. He is the President of Incenter Appraisal Management, where he guided its successful acquisition by Class in 2023. Mark lives in Charlotte NC with his wife and two children.

Audrey Clearwater
SVP, Sales Operations
Audrey Clearwater serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Class Valuation, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, sales infrastructure development, and cross-functional alignment across Sales and the broader organization. With 18 years of experience in the appraisal and mortgage industry, Audrey has held multiple senior leadership roles including VP and SVP of Operations and COO across national valuation and real estate services organizations. Much of her career has been centered on elevating the client experience and strengthening the end-to-end customer journey, bringing a holistic perspective to operational efficiency and strategic growth. Known for her collaborative and communicative leadership style, she drives clarity, discipline, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
