At Class Valuation, we know what an integral role our team members play in our success. That’s why we’ve created #CVTeamTuesday to highlight our team members and recognize their journeys.

Mighael Hollingsworth has been with Class Valuation for almost 9 months. As a Team Lead he plays an essential part in client satisfaction.

“I have been working at Class Valuation for almost 9 months now and I have been treated amazingly from the start. My managers here have been some of the best. I owe a lot of appreciation, respect, and gratitude to them. I have been coached up and trained to be where I am at now. A lot of companies “give up” on employees and I feel like Class has never given up on me. That by itself means the world to me. I love the atmosphere and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism.”

The opportunity for growth with this company is also limitless. They don’t promote people solely off of seniority but off of hard work and a positive attitude”

    Q&A with Mighael

What is your favorite part about working for Class Valuation?

I love how the company treats their employees as individuals and not just numbers. They really want you to succeed here and are willing to work with you and coach you.

    What is your guilty pleasure?

I listen to battle rap and love binge watching sci-fi TV shows.

What is something about you that would surprise people?

I am extremely outgoing and also an introvert. I basically can do it all: Be professional, go out and have a good time, or stay at home all day watching TV.

What is your favorite restaurant in town?

I would have to say Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse. Absolutely amazing.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

Very simple. Have a family and be able to take trips to Disneyland and Universal Studios. I also want to coach them in basketball if they choose to go that route.

What is a quote you live by?

“Don’t ever let circumstances ruin your potential.”
