Nikki Phanda joined Class Valuation in 2023 through the acquisition of Incenter Appraisal Management, where she previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations. With more than 15 years of experience in the appraisal management industry, Nikki leads large-scale operational organizations, driving transformation initiatives and delivering operational excellence across the valuation lifecycle.

As Senior Vice President of Product & Enablement, Nikki oversees digital and alternative valuation operations, and product, integration and migration support. She is responsible for bridging operations and technology to ensure successful product adoption, operational processes, and client experiences.

Drawing on her extensive leadership at Incenter, Nikki’s deep understanding of appraisal management operations enables her to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. She is passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to build scalable solutions that drive innovation and support client growth.
