HousingWire announced this week that Cristy Conolly, executive vice president of Appraisal Modernization at Class Valuation, has earned a 2023 Women of Influence award.
The Women of Influence awards recognize women in housing who, according to HousingWire, “represent the pinnacle of excellence and innovation.” Below is a snippet of Conolly’s award article, highlighting a few of her many accomplishments.
“As a respected and influential leader, Cristy Conolly embodies her title as executive vice president of appraisal modernization at Class Valuation. Conolly focuses on a key part of valuation modernization — the responsible standardization of appraisal data. In doing so, she plays a crucial role in eradicating appraisal bias through the use of appraisal technology.
Conolly joined Class Valuation in April 2022 via company acquisition. In that short time, she has proved to be a vital asset to Class Valuation and continues to be a dominant leader in the appraisal space. She uses her 20-plus years of experience in the industry and knowledge as a licensed appraiser to inform the policies and protocols she implements.”
